Iron Maiden Tonic


1 ounce Stinging Nettle

4 Cups Hot Water

1 Cup Pepita Mylk

2 Medjool Dates, Pitted

1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

  1. Night before make Nettle Infusion, let steep

  2. Additionally, Soak Dates overnight

  3. Warm mylk, just as it begins to steam (not boil)

  4. Strain infusion, add to warmed mylk

  5. Add vanilla and salt, remove from heat

  6. Add liquid, dates, and avocado to a blender
