INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Milk, Pepita Mylk, Hemp, or Almond
1.5 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ghee
1 TBS Pure maple syrup
A pinch Fresh cracked black pepper
METHOD
Whisk together above ingredients (or use an immersion blender)
Gently warm about two cups of milk in a pot until you start to see steam.
One a day ideally but 3 - 4 a week is great. Not with meals.

Anytime!
Fresh or Made Ahead:
While it can be made ahead, it should ideally be served warmed.
